The property is equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and washing machine for your convenience.

Please note that a high chair and travel cot are available but only on request. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you want either.

Hotel-quality linens, towels, bathroom essentials, and professional cleaning services are provided for all guests during their stay.

**Please note that sofa bed linens are not included in the nightly. However, If you would like to use the sofa bed, please let us know, and the additional fee is £20 for linens.

Guests will have access to the entire cottage.

There is one cupboard located in the upstairs hallway that is locked and not available for use by guests.

The property is on the ground floor and there is one flight of stairs within the property.

*Please note the property is fitted with a noise-detection device.

Guests are free to check in on their own with a self-check-in system.

Pets are welcome, but please disclose this in the initial inquiry stage and please note that an additional charge of £50 per pet fee will occur.

Max 2 dogs. Dog bed and bowls provided. We request that you do not allow dogs on furniture or upstairs in the cottage and especially not on beds with respect to all future guests. Doggy poo bags will also be provided to keep outside and drive area clear.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

– Strictly no smoking, no parties

– Dispose of rubbish appropriately.

– Keep the property clean and tidy.

– Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.

– Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours close by.

– Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.

– Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

– To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
